INTRO TO PLAYWRITING –  TERMS  AND CONDITIONS

By paying a deposit, the Course Participant agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

Deposit (£75)

The Course Participant shall pay a non-refundable deposit of £75 in order to secure a place on the course. Such deposit secures a place for the Course Participant on the dates listed only. The deposit will only be refundable to the Course Participant in the event of Euphoric Ink cancelling such course dates. If the Course Participant cancels the booking (see Cancellation Policy) the relevant portion of the remaining balance will be refunded to the Course Participant.

Payment of Remaining Balance (£215)

The Course Participant shall pay the remaining balance of £215 at least 3 weeks before the course start date. Unpaid or late balances may be treated as a cancellation. If Euphoric Ink does not receive the remaining balance when it is due, Euphoric Ink reserves the right to offer the Course Participant’s place to someone else.

Cancellation Policy

Should the Course Participant wish to cancel the booking, a fee may be charged on the following basis:

  • Over 3 weeks’ notice – £75 (Deposit)
  • Less than 3 weeks’ notice– £107.50 (50% of remaining course fee)
  • Less than 2 weeks’ notice – £215 (100% of remaining course fee)

Travel insurance

The Course Participant is advised to take out travel insurance to cover potential loss arising from cancellation or any other eventuality affecting the booking, including course fees and travel costs.

Loss

Euphoric Ink cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or expense sustained by the Course Participant as a result of an event or circumstance whether arising from natural cause, human agency, or beyond its control otherwise.

Upon receipt of the full outstanding balance, within the timescale set out above, Euphoric Ink undertakes to provide the following:

  • Course attendance and teaching programme on the dates listed.
  • Lunch, drinks and course materials on the dates listed.
